FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • How do I order?
    Sign in/register your account. If you are a returning customer simply, log in to your account. For new customers click register on the top banner of the home page. Browse and add products to your cart. When you are ready, proceed to your shopping cart and check out. Enter all requested information: shipping/billing address and payment information. After completing your order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order number.
  • When will I receive my order?
    Allow 1 – 2 business days for NATURA to pick and pack your order. Once your package has been shipped, a shipping confirmation email will be sent. Deliveries may take up to five business days.
  • Where is my order shipped from?
    Your order is shipped from NATURA’s headquarters in Vancouver, BC, Canada.
  • What are your business hours?
    9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. MST
  • What is your return policy?
    We gladly accept returns of items purchased at naturahealth.ca within 30 days of the purchase date. To initiate a refund, please email naturahealthinc@gmail.com with your order number and the code of the product you wish to return. All returns are subject to validation and approval, and photographic evidence of the product may be requested. NATURA reserves the right to decline a refund request at its sole discretion. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Please allow up to six weeks for your refund to be processed.
  • What if my product is damaged when I receive it?
    If you receive a damaged product, please email naturahealthinc@gmail.com. Photographs of the damaged product may be requested. NATURA will determine what further action to take if any, but we will do the best we can to come to a satisfactory resolution.
